  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    I do hope you love your dried blooms, and they bring you as much joy to you as they do to me. But should you not be happy with the product you receive, please email info@masonblooms.com within 5 working days of receiving the item and include your order number and reason behind the return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in.

    Please note the buyer will be responsible for all return postal charges.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Shipping is charged at £5 and will be shipped with Hermes or Royal Mail.

    During the busy Christmas period, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.  This is especially the case with Domes and Wreaths as these are made by hand, and there is only myself working on them.  If you require your order sooner, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to see if this is obtainable and I will do my absolute best to help.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
